Why a Completed Show Remains "Coming Up"

When a livestream broadcast finishes without completing the standard end-of-show processing sequence, the show remains in the "Upcoming" state that allows continuing the show. If you don't wish to continue the show, you can manually end it by following the steps below. 

How to Prevent Status Issues

1. Use the official end-show flow: Always click the designated "End Show" button inside the streaming app rather than abruptly closing the application or browser tab.
2. Maintain a stable connection: Keep your internet connection active for several seconds after concluding the stream to allow end-of-show data to sync.
3. Confirm broadcast end: Check your BamHub dashboard immediately post-stream to ensure the status updates properly.

What to Do If a Show Gets Stuck

1. Log in to your BamHub dashboard.
2. Locate the show currently stuck on your page.
3. Click Archive on the show entry to move it out of the active status queue.
4. Refresh your frontend livestreaming page to verify the show no longer displays as “Coming Up.”, but “Archieved”
