What is a Direct Sale?
A Direct Sale is the total value of an order containing at least one product (or variant) that was highlighted in a show the user watched within the last 30 days.
This metric allows you to see the direct correlation between featured products in your live stream and subsequent customer purchases.
Attribution
The attribution is based on all previous shows the user has viewed during the past 30 days. We check for the product (or variant) in each of these shows to determine if the order value should be attributed as a direct sale.
Considering product variants
Variant-level tracking (e.g., specific sizes or colors) is only captured if your Product Feed Integration is enabled. Without this integration, your Direct Sales figures will likely appear lower because purchases of variants cannot be matched back to the highlighted products in the show.
