In BamHub, you can manage the products you’d like displayed on your shoppable videos. This creates a library of all your products, simplifying the process of choosing which products to feature. You can populate your library automatically using a Product Feed or add products individually.

Method 1: Connect a Product Feed (Automated)

For the best experience, we recommend connecting your store's product catalog via a Product Feed. This automatically syncs real-time data (name, image, price, and availability) across Live, Shoppable Video, and Video Consultation.

• To set this up, go to Settings → Integration → Product Feed and click +NEW.
• You can connect using a Public Feed URL (XML, CSV, or JSON) or via SFTP Upload.

Method 2: Add Individual Products

If you prefer to add specific products manually or do not have a feed set up yet, follow the steps below:

1. To add a new product, simply click + Product in the top right corner.
2. You can enter the URL of the corresponding product page on your site, or add information about the product manually.
3. When entering the URL, the system will fetch the following information automatically:
   1. Product name (required)
   2. Product Reference (SKU) (required)
   3. Product URL
   4. Product Poster
   5. Brand name 

If any of the above information can’t be retrieved from your website, you can add it manually.

Once a product has been added (via feed or manually), it will be searchable, and you can easily add it to a video under “settings” when clicking on a video.
