You are able to upload a video from any device to your Bam Hub on desktop or from your Bambuser mobile app, or you can import a previously ended live show.

- Under the tab Edit Video, you can trim the video to your liking and either Save as New, which will create a new video with the length you have chosen, or Save, which saves and replaces the video with the new length.
- Once you have clicked either Save as New or Save, your video will be visible in the video list to use.

- Click the “+” button in the upper right corner to access what videos you want to upload.
- Click on the video you want to upload and click Add in the top right corner.
- When the video has been uploaded, simply click on the video to edit title, description, tags and products added.
- The video is now added to your videos and you can go ahead and add it to playlists from your desktop Bam Hub.
To import a previously ended live show (desktop app), follow these steps:
- In the Shoppable Video product, navigate to Videos in the left-hand menu.
- Click Import, then choose Live Shows.
- Select the relevant live show from the list and click Import.
The video will appear in the center of your screen. On the left, you will see a list of timestamps where products were highlighted. On the right, you can see the suggested title of the snippet, along with the products and action cards that were added during the show.
To create a snippet:
- Simply click on a highlight from the list on the left. You can also select multiple highlights to create a longer snippet.
- Adjust the length of the clip by dragging the start and end points on the timeline below the video, or by manually entering the desired start and end times in the timestamp fields.
- Choose which product cards and action cards you want to include in the snippet.
- Give your snippet a title.
- Click Save as new in the top right corner.
If a video with the exact same content already exists, you will be redirected to that video to avoid creating duplicates. Otherwise, you will be taken to the new snippet so you can easily add it to a playlist and display it on your website or app.
Good to Know
If there are no highlights (products that you have chosen to showcase in the live show) associated with your live show, you can still create snippets by trimming the video or manually entering the start and end times. However, you will not receive any automated suggestions on the left-hand side of the screen.
