Send the email to support@bambuser.com. Include the required attachments in your email:

  1. Logo in SVG -  1 Black, 1 White
  2. Curtain images in PNG -  3 pcs
  3. Your completed form

Bambuser integration specialists will integrate the theme into your player. The integration takes five business days.

The mock-up creation takes five business days from submission day to complete if all files are sent. This is how it looks like


Once you confirm the mock-up, Bambuser integration specialists will integrate the theme into your player. The integration takes five business days.

How many times can I change my design?

Standard Customers can change one time, Enterprise Customers unlimited

Can I test and see what my design looks like?

Yes, you can create a test show and click open preview in your dashboard

Can I choose my font and typography?

Yes, if you are Enterprise. For Standard, the font (for Latin alphabets) is Inter.

Can I change all the colors in the player? 

No. Sometimes, the player uses white and black as background colors to give the user interface enough contrast. These colors can’t be configured.

Do the colors meet accessibility standards when it comes to contrast?

The example color palette in this document has enough contrast to meet WCAG 2.1. When changing them to your colors, ensure that all the colors (except Light grey) have at least a 4.5:1 contrast against white. Here’s a website you can use to check contrast. Also, ensure the Secondary color has at least a 4.5:1 contrast against Light Grey.
