The One-to-One Call Widget is a video call solution with shopping elements integrated through frontend JavaScript. This requires technical implementation. For information and guides, please head over to our technical documentation.

The widget contains both mandatory and optional features and can be accustomed after your specific needs. To get started you need to integrate:

The Call Widget

The solution supports calls to be initiated in different ways. Depending how you want approach your customers, different integrations is needed. 

  1. GTM
  2. CTA on one pager
  3. CTA on multiple pages
  4. Overlay Widget 


Overlay Widget
By appearing automatically after a (configurable) amount of seconds it guides visitors towards sales help at the right time.

Brands that have implemented the Overlay Widget have increased their average numbers this much:

Additional integration for a better experience

To enhance the experience for the caller, Bambuser offer additional elements to integrate:

  1. Provide Customer data
    Customer information can be provided and presented to the Agent during a call. The information that will be provided is controlled by you.
     
  2. Provide Product Data (Bambuser recommends)
    To be able to present products to the customer within the Call Widget during a One-to-One session.

    2. Related Products (optional)
    3. Comparable attributes (optional)
    4. Rating (optional)


  3. Cart integration
    Products presented to the customer in the Bambuser One-to-One session can be added to the virtual cart within the Call Widget. These products will need to be synchronized with your native cart


  4. Provide Search Data (Bambuser recommends)
    To simplify the process of adding products for the agents, integration can be extended with the option to provide search data. Agents will be able to search for products in a flexible way with better support to find the best fit product


Conversion tracker

The conversion tracker makes it possible to view the attributed sales of each show. All Bambuser services are GDPR compliant.
