In the Bam Hub's Contacts menu, managers can easily see all customer contacts and which chat agent is handling each one. If an agent leaves the team or moves roles, managers can re-assign these contacts in just a few clicks.
Re-Assign Contacts to a Different User
Contacts can only be assigned to one chat agent at a time, if an agent leaves the team or moves roles, managers can assign the contacts link to this agent to another.
- Click on the Contacts menu

Select the contact(s) you want to re-assign
Tip: Use the filter option in the top right to find all the contacts assign to a specific user - Click Re-assign to another agent in the top right corner

Select the agent you want to re-assign the contacts to
Tip: Use the two filter options to easily find the agent you're looking for - Finally, click Re-assign contacts in the bottom right corner
