Agent Leaderboard

The agent leaderboard provides visibility on the activity (calls) by an agent for a select period of time. The classification is done based on the AgentID.

The leaderboard includes:

  • Name of the agent
  • Number of calls
  • Number of calls with checkout
  • Average Checkout value
  • Average Call duration
  • Call Rating


The checkout metrics are available only for the clients with the full integration.
