- Using the magic link
Enter your email and click on SIGN IN WITH MAGIC LINK button. You will receive a link via email which directs you to the dashboard.
- Using a password
Once you received the invitation to the dashboard, on your very first login you are asked to set a password. You can also change your password at any time through Dashboard > Your Settings > Account & security > Change Password. This will send you a reset password link via email.
- Forgot your Password?
Login using a magic link and then on the Profile page, you can click on Change Password.

Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) and Single Log-Out (SLO)
If your company is using Microsoft Azure, you can enable Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for all users in your Bambuser Dashboard. This allows you to manage access centrally through the Microsoft Azure portal.
To get started, follow the steps in the Microsoft Single Sign-On Integration guide.
In addition, Bambuser supports Microsoft Single Log-Out (SLO). With SLO, your login state is synchronized between Microsoft and Bambuser, ensuring a seamless and secure experience. You can configure whether:
• Logging out of Bambuser also logs you out of Microsoft
• Logging out of Microsoft also logs you out of Bambuser
• Or both actions happen automatically
SLO is available for all desktop app users across all products, and for Video Consultation users on the iOS app. To enable this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
