Causes:

  • Office network firewalls are blocking Firebase services.
  • Software restrictions on work devices are preventing proper loading.
  • Browser cache or compatibility issues.

Solution:

  • Test on a different device: Try logging in using a personal device (e.g., a phone or laptop) instead of your work device. If this works, review and adjust any software restrictions (e.g., security settings or VPN policies) on your work device.
  • Test on a different network: Connect to non-work Wi-Fi or 4G and attempt to log in. If successful, contact your office network administrator to whitelist Google Firebase Services.
  • Use a VPN: Try connecting through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) on your work or personal device to bypass potential network restrictions or firewall blocks. Use a reputable VPN service and test login again.
  • Clear browser cache: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to rule out corrupted data. In most browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox), go to Settings > Privacy/Security > Clear Browsing Data, select "Cached images and files," and confirm.
  • Use a different browser: Test the login in an alternative browser (e.g., switch from Chrome to Firefox or Edge) to check for browser-specific issues.

6. "Your account is not enabled to sign in with Microsoft"

Linking Account via Bam Hub Desktop:

  • Log in to Bam Hub (EU or Global).
  • Open Account Settings > Account & Security.
  • Click Link to Microsoft and follow the Microsoft login flow.
  • Confirm the status updates to Microsoft SSO.
  • Log out and sign in with Microsoft.

Causes:

  • Your email is not added to any organization.
  • Using the wrong server link for your region.
  • Email is in the spam/junk folder.
  • After multiple requests, Magic Links might be sent from a different domain.

Solution:

  • Verify with your Bambuser administrator that your email is added to Bam Hub.
  • Ensure you use the correct server:
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Try requesting the Magic Link 3 times to receive it from a different domain.
